I'm not sure about the IELTS results. The exams are periodically 1-2 times per month, yet we see this high scores influx only recently.
Graduations - I suspect this as well. And also working regarding the next draws. The graduates from Canada didn't need their ECA. Graduates from other part of the world - they do. Should we expect another wave once WES will be ready with their ECA's? What's the graduation season for, let's say, India?
Ielts are twice a month. Mostly similar to draw. And one and half results were out. That also I am sure. Then about Indian graduates won't be much problem. Coz other than Canadian graduate, they can't get higher score to affect draw cutoff too much.

I've got a score of 438, and an offer of nomination from ontario. However, I am not sure, if I really should take that nomination or not.
Any advice is welcome. :)

You are in in the next draw, wait till them but if you are sure that you want to go to Ontario and have all documents ready take OINP, we don't judge here, everyone has their own life and know what's best for them! ;)

I am not Sure about one Thing. The Pool of Applicants on 6th July is Before Draw or After Draw.. ?

If Its Before Draw.. The Sum of the Range Doesn't match the number of ITA's Issued Even Adding 700 More To It.

601-1200 :199
451-600: 764
441-450: 1,008
Total = 1971
New Applicants added to pool after 6th July = 700 (Rough Estimate)
Total After New Applicants on 12th July = 2671 ITA's

Either the new Applicants are Getting Added at Much increased rate or Its some other Logic.

The cut-off score is 440 , so you may have to take the next set (431- 440) also for the calcs.

This rule hasn't been implemented yet, otherwise it would have been shown yesterday in the announcement that this profile with this time and date will be the last to receive ITA...

Interesting, never heard of any such rule being discussed? Any pointers on this.

Should be very well aware of if there is any since a lot of us here recreate profiles for nominations or other reason.

I am not quite interested in the OINP, and I don't have the documents ready either. :p

I'd rather wait for the next draw.
Thanks, though.

Graduation season in India won't make much of a difference because a foreigner cannot apply fresh after graduating. You need a minimum of one years' experience, remember?
