Missing Reference Letter

I have problem obtaining my reference letter from my previous employer since they do not wish to provide the letter as they did not want me to leave the job so technically it was not left on a good note, also none of my previous colleagues work there my supervisor is also not there anymore hence I am not able to obtain reference letter from there. I do have a letter from my ex colleague, my employment contract & Statements showing salary transfers, how can I explain this situation to CIC.

But what if my company doesn't cooperate and does not give the right information to my employer.?

You state that fact in the letter of explanation and add the reference from your ex supervisor.
