Therefore 51k ITA does not mean the 70K target quota rapidly filling up!

Assuming the same net increase from June 22 till July 12, around 240 more candidates would be in the CRS range of 401-410 making the total around 4672 which is nowhere close to your estimate of 8000.

I guess you have considered 0 as your start value for this particular range which is not correct. There has never been a draw with a CRS lesser than 413.

@abhishek - also seek some advice. My CRS is 433, however I have not got a PNP.
(NOC - 0124, advertising and marketing, date of creation of EE profile was 6th dec'16). Do you think I should recreate my EE profile ?

My CRS will be 423 in September as my 1 year experience will be completed, but there is one problem, on my joining letter my designation is Database Admin Support but on my pay slips it is written as Assistant programmer and my company is not ready to correct it for me.
What could be done in such scenario?
I'll be thankful if anyone can help.

Designation does not matter much just make sure your roles and responsibilities match the Database admin support

If you are looking for Ontario PNP, they are picking profiles which are newly created for sending NOI, but with your CRS I would just sit tight for a direct ITA.

Any response friends? Should I mention my ongoing Phd in EE profile? If yes, it asks me for the ECA. Also while submitting for OINP, it asks me for details of my last 10 years. If I mention there i'm pursuing Phd, it again asks for ECA details? I cannot have ECA for any ongoing education. What do I do? Please help!

Your work experience is in NOC O A B category right? for Canadian education you will get 15 points.
