Hello friends,

We are sitting at 406...with Noc code2175...we recreated our profile on 4th of july and we meet all criteria of Onip for new ICT program.. but..still didn't receive any NOI from ontario...any idea..why ontario is not intrested in our profile...?
I'm in a similar boat. I just created my profile today after receiving the completed ECA from WES. CRS 410 and NOC code 2172 and praying for NOI from Ontario soon.

Hello, Need advice pls
I have submitted my express entry profile yesterday , and till now I dont see any messages or mails from CIC.
My application status shows submitted , but I have read that I need to register for the Jobbank using the Job Seeker verification code provided by CIC in the message from them. And that the application status will then be accepted.

Does anyone faced similar situation? Is there a workaround for this? When will I receive the mail with Job Seeker verification code?
Thanks for your help.
Did you log in to your account at
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
to check? I submitted my profile a couple hours ago and received two messages in my account within about 10 minutes. One of them had the job seeker verification code and info for Job Bank.

For OINP application, is it enough to just order duplicate ECA copy or I will have to provide certificates as well? Do they even require to upload transcripts also?

Guys, regardless of how long one has been waiting, he could have achieved 446 and is now waiting 40 days for something that, if we had regular biweekly draws, he would have gotten. We don't know, so let's not jump to conclusions too quickly. We should be all empathic here. This is a ray of hope for everyone, including those who come here and ask if they get any chance with 839 points.
Actually you missed the point of this thread. Read the rules of seniors.

Hi Friends,

I need your expert views and suggestions for the response i got after submitting my profile:

I have applied for express entry program with the below details

I am the Primary Applicant (Married)
Age 34

Applied from Canada

Money bringing to Canada: 25000 CAD

Primary occupation code 5241
Total experience in India 8 years same occupation.
Experience in Canada 13 months (More than 1 year) , Valid work permit with LMIA
Celpip score (April2017)
Listening – 8
Reading – 8
Writing – 6
Speaking – 6

Overall band score CLB – 6

I also provided my ECA certificate number.

After submitting my profile I received a message in my CIC account saying I am not eligible for express entry.
Although Come to Canada tool gave the result as eligible to apply.

Based on the information you gave in your profile, you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these programs at the moment. Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:

• not having a valid language test
• language test results that are more than two years old
• a language test score that is too low
• not having enough relevant work experience
• not having the required education level
• not having enough funds

If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you can take steps to improve your qualifications and register for Express Entry at a later date. For example, you may try to improve your language score or gain a higher level of education.

Would really appreciate if someone can guide me, of where what went wrong.

Thanks in advance

As a PA your language scores need to be at least clb 9 which is L8 RWS-7. I didn't see you list your crs score. What was it? Perhaps you can retake and also encorage your wife to take it as well. Youll have a 50/50 chance of meeting the required baseline.

thank you for quick reply i am applying as Canadian experience class so my eligibility is CLB 5.

  • meet the minimum language level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs OR Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 for NOC B jobs,

Based on the information provided, unfortunately your Writing and Speaking are equal to CLB6. This is low for the minimum requirement which is CLB7 as a Principal Applicant. You should retake CELPIP and try to score at least level 7. Hope you got the main point. Good luck!

Based on this information, i think CLB5 if i have 1 year experience in canada

Canadian Experience Class
The skills you need will depend on the group the job is classified in under the National Occupational Classification system (NOC). You must meet the minimum level for all four language abilities.

If your skilled work experience in Canada is in a

  • NOC 0 or A job, the minimum level is CLB 7 (English) or NCLC 7 (French).
  • NOC B job, the minimum level is CLB 5 (English) or NCLC 5 (French).

Oh my bad, didn't know you are applying for CEC. You are right, I did check everything according to the requirements, but could not find any clue. Sorry my friend, hope you will find a good solution to this case. Try to register tomorrow again, may be there is maintenance in the system for today.

You sure there would be a draw on 12th. :p

Last time also you said wait for m final prediction on July 5th. I waited but you didn't predict anything and hence no draw. :p :p :p

Don't ditch us this time. :D
I had predicted on July 5th, you might have missed my post (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/ray-of-hope-67th-draw.503277/page-120#post-6152514).

I am predicting only the CRS cut-off based on the assumption that the draw would happen on a particular date. I am not predicting the draw date as I have no data to predict the same.
