Hello to all, today i received a PPR, and in that attachment it says "submit the documents listed to our office in ISLAMABAD".. but my wife lives in Karachi.. so my question is it will be submit in karachi VFS office right?..
And what is the address in karachi?.. and any important things which i have to keeep in mind before passport submition, or any instruction, please any one let me know..
And last question how long this all process take? Thankyou

Hi Bro,
I filled it as following:

1. In section A: Applicant's info (Name, Date of birth etc
2. In section B: Sponsor's info (Name, Date of birth etc)
3. In Section C: Sponsor's Info (Name, Date of Birth etc)
4. In Section D: I wrote "Not applicable" in all places.

Good Luck! the notes will come after a month.

It's not an additional document request. It is a consent form that he'll need to sent with request for ordering GCM notes from CIC website

hello guys , my wife just got a medical request. Could anyone here guide me where she can get her polio vaccination done and get a certificate ? looks like its a pre-requisite before the medical exam. share locations and charges please if you know.

I know in karachi, u can get it from AGA KHAN HOSP, charges 100 or 200 rs ..

Your welcome.. no u dont need a appointment, its a walk in, and yes they can give u right away.. here is aga khan number "02134930051".. u can call them before you go there, to ask they have drops in stock or not .. some times they run out of polio drops.. and make sure u can ask the timings also, as far as i know its 9am till 4pm (mon to fri)..

No need of polio certificate they are not going to ask so don't worry I did my medical twice and no issuer I guess

Thanks for the reply. We submitted my husband's Medical upfront and it was passed. From MVO they transferred our file at London VO last July 3 because my husband was currently working in Saudi Arabia. How long will it take to get AOR? I hope it will not take too long for background check .PCC was upfront as well. Thank you
