Quick question about WES reference numbers

For those who had your ECAs done by WES, do you know if it's enough to quote the WES reference number only in envelopes?

For example, would including the WES reference number as part of their own address be enough?

Or do Universities need to also include it in each and every single document they issue?
I'm asking this because one of the Universities I attended has a completely automatic process of requesting and issuing documents and as far as I know there's no way for me to ask them to include my reference number in the documents I need from them, but I could ask them to include it in the address.

Anyone with any info on this, please help out!

Reference number on outside of envelope is perfect, in address or otherwise. It will make them process your documents quickly. Hope this helps. Good luck.

WES require you to send academic record request form with all the transcript you send them, WES reference number is mentioned on request form, so you need to request your institution to put this request form in the same envelop with your transcript. can you not send email to your university stating this situation?

Hi, just want to re-check this as we are about to start the WES process. The WES Canada site lists the academic request form as '(optional)' in the list of documents, so I am a bit confused.

If the academic request form is optional I would think one could get the WES reference number after getting the transcripts together and just put it on the front of the envelope?

You have to pay and buy different reference numbers for each applicant and they have to be sent differently (in different packages) to WES.
WES has nothing to know about your immigration application. Your Immigration application should have WES done seperately for each applicant.

I have filled up the forms and submitted but I want to print out the forms to submit intermediate and SSC boards.

Can you please help me that how i can print out the forms as it doesnt show anywhere on WES site to print the submitted form.

No issues but Wes will have difficulty identifying the envelope. If u have. Ayr king number, once your post is received by Wes call them an der inform them. They'll update it accordingly

thanks for your response. I already checked with my university and they did put the WES number on the envelope too.
