I have a doubt. Does your eligibilty shows passed or review in progress. Mine shows in progress. I wonder what eligibity tgey are reviewing for so long and not processing any further.
BTW this is the same from the beginning but thought about it just now.

don't worry, In my notes it says eligibility PASSED on May 04 but in myCIC still it is "We are reviewing.." so its a matter of updating in our account..

I had raised CSE in ADVO 3 days back. Their replied today :
Please note that the volume of applications received and the complexity of individual applications can cause processing times to be longer in some cases. This is often due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and we will contact you once processing has been finalized.
So not very soothing reply but yes atleast not an auto generated email.

As you said it is good that they replied, I have sent them CSE more than 2 weeks ago but they didn't reply yet

I have just received the GCMS note, it says Eligibility and Medical passed while Security and Criminality are not started, I also see that my paper file has been opened on 14 June

Hopefully you will receive your PPR soon.. our's didn't change since March 21, Medical --PASSED though we received PPR, still the status is the same..

That's in the paper file history and it says file has been moved to new location inside the visa office and there is a code for that location

I found the due date passed it is April, 9th 2017
