How can be showed home ties?

How could we show home ties?
-My wife and I working in Kuwait. She will be my sponsor as I will show -14900 cad in current account Kuwait and declaration.
-My parents assets/property and declaration will be showed.
-And fixed deposit of 38000 cad in my NRI ACCOUNT.
-First semester fee paid


Profile. - bsc nursing in 2007 Msc nursing in 2012,,
Working in moh Kuwait
Ielts. Ovl 7, not less 6.5 each

For 1-year graduate certificate,.-critical care in connestoga college

Home ties= family member/business, property in your name, job prospect.
If you are citizen of one country and residing in another, try to show ties to each one individually ( or at least to the country of residence very strongly)

More than home ties, I would be worried about a good SOP. After MSc, a graduate certificate is not really a good progress. You need strong explanation.
