HI Good day for all
i did a civil marriage in UK with European girl during my study visa stay ,so my UK marriage was not successful & i got a legal decree absolute from uk court through solicitor and i come back in my home country and i did a muslim marriage, which is civily registred in my home country we have marriage certificate, Me & my partner and my kids are very interested to come in Canada on immigration and want to live there for better future.
My question is that if i list my wife as a common law partner (because my muslim marriage took place after my uk marriage and i get decree absolute later so my muslim marriage in my home country will not accept in canada) do i need to add my marriage certificate and common law partner declaration form IMM 5409 in canadian immigration application if i list my wife as a common law partner ? AND LOE needed to explain ?
thanks
