Hi
My question is very important and I need right gaudiness about this question so if any senior member know about it please tell me about this…actually I am very interested to come in Canada on immigration and want to live there.so before apply immigration application I have one question .
I am muslim boy and I was go to UK on a study visa at the end of 2006 then I study and work there .in the mid of 2010 I did a Christian marriage with Christian girl but that girl was not fair with me she did not live with me she left me and live with her cousin whome she was love, she did not inform me before marriage and said me I realize now I love my cousin .
So I was upset so I left uk at the beginning of 2011 ,because my study visa was run out .when I return my home country Pakistan I did many try to contact her but she did not response me ,in a mean while I was in my home country so I did a muslim marriage in my country with muslim girl in 2012 so I am happy my marriage and have two kids now my wife and me are very interested to come Canada and make it our home country…
so I get divorced (decree absolute) from UK Christian girl in 2015 from UK court Legally.so my question is that now I want to apply Canada immigration with my family (wife & kids).so it will okey that my muslim marriage in pakistan will be accepted in canada and have no issue regarding immigration because it was in muslim country in 2012 where it is legally .
please if any body or senior member guide me

Canada will not see your marriage as a legal one since you were married before your divorce to your first wife was finalized. However this won't prevent you from immigrating to Canada as a family. You can list your wife as a common law partner in your application - along with your children.

Thanks for your reply Scylla. So its mean my UK Christian marriage which was held in 2010 and
I did second muslim marriage with muslim girl on 2012 in Pakistan without having divorced (decree absolute) from first UK Christian girl and I got decree absolute as a petitioner by end of 2015 from UK court Legally.

so according to your reply ,my both marriages in different religions and in different countries will not create any problem for my Pakistani muslim marriage family(wife & kids) regarding Canadian immigration??

My second question is about Canadian immigration application form , Do I need to attach my divorced certificate (decree absolute) from UK COURT in Canadian application form??

I'm saying that Canada will not recognize your second marriage. When you apply for PR, you will need to list your wife as a common law partner (not as a wife).

Yes - you should include your divorce certificate.

Thanks your reply Scylla. so its mean i will need to write down now in my Canadian immigration application form as a common law partner and also have to write down common law partner at the time PR application in Canada?

Firstly, if we will mention about common partner law in our immigration application form then how we will justify detail of our kids in Canadian immigration application form ??

Secondly ,required your suggestion. after landing of 3 to 6 months in Canada if we will do a Muslim marriage in Canada and register it in Canada . will it get accountable (accept) as a husband and wife relationship in Canada??
what types of complication i can have as common law partner regarding Canadian immigration, because i think so it (common law partner relationship) does not exist in any Muslim country like Pakistan or Gulf countries (QATER,OMAN ,UAE)

Yes, you must include her as your common-law partner.

You don't need to justify anything. Marriage is not required to have children.

A religious marriage alone is not legally recognized in Canada. The marriage must be registered civilly.

Provided you can show you have lived together continuously for at least a year and are actually common-law, there will be no complications. It doesn't matter that common-law doesn't exist in other countries. All that matters is that it does exist in Canada.

Thqnks

Seems a bit suspicious that during UK study visas both of you happened to marry a European Christian women.... The issue is that you remarried in without getting a divorce. You will both need to mention your study visas and your first marriage on your applications.
