I have done btech from Bharat university . Chennai and we dont have transcripts. they just gave us only the marks sheets for each semster.. is that enough for WES evaluation?

Hi, does anyone know about the credibility of All India Transcripts. This is an organization based in Bangalore, similar to ClearTranscripts. It goes to the universities on your behalf to get the attested transcripts and complete other WES evaluation related formalities. The good thing about them is they are not asking for original documents. I am wondering if anyone has taken their services and undergone the process from them?

Jergens, as long as there is some kind of attestation like hologram or a sign and seal, it will be fine...just a photo copy of the marks sheet wont work for sure.


msatishxp, Sorry I have not heard of that organization, most of us on this thread have does this ourselves...not sure if you could get inputs for what you're looking for.

A small Query.I ve completed 10 + 3+ 3.

I ve added both DIp and B.tech for WES online.
I ve got all my Transcripts in a sealed cover for B.tech.
For Diploma, the SBTET has attested all my marksheets xerox,as they dnt provide transcripts.

Do, I need to Apply for an Academic Records Request Form for both dip and B.tech, if yes, would there be a single form for each.

Or 2 from college and 2 from JNTU and SBTET?

is WES form Mandatory?

Would be happy to see if anyone can show a sample one.

I'm really worried about getting the mark sheets attested from SBTET because now I'm in Canada.

can you please tell me how you got the mark sheets attested from SBTET, do I need to apply for the attestation in person or can I send any of my friends to get the work done?
How much did they charge you and how much time did they take to provide the attested copies.

Hi All,

I am Narasimha Reddy. I have completed my graduation in a college affiliated to JNTU-Hyderabad. I want to go to JNTU-H for getting the transcripts for my bachelor degree.

I do have to query about the ORIGINAL DEGREE transcript. Do I need to go to my college and get the attestation on original degree xerox by college principal & come to university (or) I can go directly to JNTU-H for original degree attestation?
Please do reply ASAP, as my college and university are 800kms far.

I doubt do we need a signature near the stamped area or just we can send it directly to WES without any signature. Please help?

No need to sign on the envelope, as registrar sign is already there. Close the envelope with gum. Take cloth cover, keep transcript envelope in that and send it to WES.
Its better to send xerox copies of your passport, 10th and +2 certificates in cloth cover. Its not mandatory.

I completed B.Tech from JNTU Hyderabad affiliated college(LBRCE) in 2006.

When I approached JNTU Hyderabad office, they are suggesting to get the College details filled by Home college in WES application form, then they will process it in JNTU Hyderabad for ECA.
Did any body completed ECA process for B.Tech,JNTU Hyderabad.

My wife has completed B.Tech from LBRCE in 2008. She wants to get her Educational assessment done for Canada immigration. Hope your process is done by this time. Can you let us know the process for getting the transcripts from JNTU, please?.
Do we need to go to LBRCE for anything before we go to JNTU head quarters?
Any info you provide will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Dear Team,

I only have CMM with me. I don't have individual semester mark sheet. I had a backlog in 2-1 which I don't remember in which year's supplementary exam i cleared it.
So, now if I request the university to issue transcript for 2-1, will it show the backlog subject or the final pass result?

1.The university provides only consolidated marks memo as a transcript and not the provisional certificate and the individual mark sheets (semester wise), how do I obtain provisional certificate transcript ? This is as per the telephonic conversation that I had with the college authorities. I am from Hyderabad and it would be difficult for me to travel to Bangalore just to find out if they provide provisional or not.

Is Amrita University recognised in w e s? I mean although I know it's a deemed university however just curious to know.
Third question: If the university rejects to give provisional certificate transcript what should I do?I have the originals with me.
Please help.

[NARAHU: If University is not providing the individual mark list transcript, enquire about the non-issuance of individual mark lists certificate which WES will accept it]

What exactly you are looking for when you are saying reliable source? Could you please be clear.
