How to verify my current job role matches the requirements?

Hi all - I am applying for Express Entry as a FSW under skill group B. My current job role would fall under either 1221 (administration officer) or 1241 (administration assistant)

Right now my job title is "administration officer" in the public sector. I work in a call centre right now with the UK government - although there is a lot more than phone work done in the role (paperwork processing, using new systems, contacting people etc). It seems that both of these jobs have different responsibilities listed that aren't what my job role itself is about and I am very worried that I won't meet the specification for one of these job roles.

How can I be sure my job role falls under one of these? I would like to contact an immigration officer and discuss this with someone if possible - to get clarification. It would be a nightmare to find out I don't meet the requirements.

I would appreciate any advice or feedback!

Ideally the listed job duties under a certain NOC should have around 60% match with your job duties.

Moreover, i would suggest you to find out your NOC using your job duties and not with your job title alone. Job titles generally vary from company to company and country to country.

You can contact the NOC team via email to NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca with your NOC matches and job duties/reference letter and they can help you find the closest NOC match for your job duties.However the final decision of choosing the right NOC will be upto to you.

I have a simple question however... Assuming that I meet the requirements for the skill type B, and score above 67 points - do I just have to apply and then I'm pretty much guaranteed access (assuming I meet all other criteria)?
Or do I actually need a job offer in this skill type/job role to get in under one of these programs?

Its not that simple. There are a lot of factors attached, such as, age, education, IELTS score, work experience etc.

If at all you get a job offer from Canada, nothing like that. But it is actually not that easy.

As for 67 points, these points just make you eligible to put in your application into the express entry pool but doesnot ensure PR. The real thing begins after that. Your chances of getting selected rest on your CRS score. I suggest you visit the following link first and calculate the CRS score.

I scored 416 right now - although when I apply I do plan to have learned French as best as possible leading up to that.

What general score range do I need to be at to get accepted? I thought everyone who meet the 67 points were eligible to apply and that everyone who applied who met the points got in, but the score could delay your process / take longer.
