Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1) Birth certificate: You cannot put other documents. You can try to get Birth certificate in English or you must provide a copy of the document(Local Language) and a complete, certified or notarized translation of the document which will be in English.

2) You will require reference letter with detailed job roles and responsibilities. Get a letter from you supervisor for your roles and responsibilities, get it notarized. Salary statement, appraisal letter and bank statements are required, as to support that your job is paid job and you are not working for free.
Hello Shyam,

Thank you for your continuous and unlimited support. Regarding Point 2 - I got Ref Letter signed by my direct manager, however, I can't get it notarized. I have it on the company letterhead with my manager's details and the company stamp .. is this enough?

Also, for the bank statement, for my first job I received the first 4 months salary in cash as my residency was not transferred yet to my employer then and they can not transfer anyone to my account because it is against the ministries regulations ( I have the offer and Ref. Letter as well) but can't convince them to issue a letter for this case ?

1. No, Copy of the original document other than English, translation, and Affidavit of translator needs to be notarised. Original and Documents in English needs to be scanned but not Notarised.

2. The limit for OINP is 5mb per file but in OINP you have options to attach multiple files unlike CIC which allows only 1 file per section.

I hope you got your answers.
Actually I have two passports (1 expired), with the expired one the file is exceeding 5 mb even in 200dpi. Lower then this dpi will make scan very blurred to read. So I can make two separate scans. Thanks for input.

Yes. File Limit is there for maximum size and Notarized Documents can be:- Birth Certificates (translated) and Degree Certificates(Original Copies attested) can be enough. Work Experience letter:- On company letter head with HR Sign and Company stamp. (If your senior member is giving you such letter then it should be notarized i think.
My degree is in English so I think I will scan the original one. My experience is direct from Corporate HR and bear the sign & stamps. Birth certificate translation is already notarized. Thanks for Input.

If these 14 days one can not be able to submit the application, can he apply again with same NOI? or New NOI is needed?
It's better to have all your documents ready and in hand when you register on the e-filing portal. It'll save you a lot of time and hassle.

But if you've already registered and can't complete all your paperwork within the 14 day deadline, you can register again with the same NOI.

Good luck.

Hi, exemption for ICT works till the NOC code has reached its limit. You still have a lot of chance. Best of luck for next two weeks.
Hi Shyam. This is good news and I hope you are correct. I only created my profile again yesterday with a CRS of 379 and an ICT NOC. I was wondering the same as Azharkp, if I had missed the 'one week only offer'. But reading the Ontario immigration site it's unclear that it's extending until the quota is filled. Can you point me to where you have seen this information? Apologies if it's been covered in an earlier post. Thanks in advance.

Hi Seniors,

Need an urgent advice - My WES report has incorrect Date of Birth.
Somehow I didn't notice this for 2 month - noticed it while scanning today :(

Can someone tell me what I can do to get it corrected?
Also, does it matter in this process if I submit the ECA with incorrect DOB?

Please reply at the earliest

Someone should please attend to my questions. Please I am pleading.

1) I have ECA for only Master's Degree. Should i include my Bachelor's Degree in the Education history since I don't have ECA for that? I'm asking for fear of getting ADR.

2) My spouse is NOT accompanying me. Should i sign schedule B and D for my spouse?

3) Should i Include Education and Work History in "Other Activities Section" so as not to leave a gap in the last 10 years?

Please someone should answer me. I've been stuck on this since yesterday. Please help I want to do it the right way.

Ref Letter on company letterhead will work. For your first job, put ref. letter and offer letter, as you have left your 1st job, you will also have reveling letter. Or any other letter that you have received while leaving the firm, include that letter.

Its a risky act, one you submit you application, you cannot edit it, you can only withdraw it. It can be the case that you upload non english version and then OINP guys will mail you asking for english version of birth certificate, but if that does not happen then your application can directly get rejected. Its full of luck and risk, I wont recommend that.

Withdraw the current profile. Create a new profile, and hope for the best.
