Create new GCKey, you just need to delete profile & then revoke your old GCKey

You do not have to revoke your GCKey. Simply log into your account and click on 'Withdraw Profile'. Once you confirm your profile to be withdrawn, go ahead to submit a new Express Entry profile within your account same way you created the first one. Once you're done, log into your Job Bank and update your Job Bank details with your new Express Entry number.

With due respect, everyone has different circumstances. For OINP one has to submit a lot more documents than for a regular ITA, which can be quite hard for many. There is also an extra cost of 1500CAD. You can't judge people unless you have walked in their shoes.

With all due respect to you as well, I do understand everyone has circumstances, but If they start whining saying I might have to start OINP if they dont get direct ITA , cant stand that. There are lots of people who are eagerly waiting for OINP. $1500 is nothing once you start working here. Appreciate what you have and do not whine . We are here to back up each other and provide expert adivce and provide hope. What is the point if they already have some hope and be narrow minded. I want everyone to get PR . Hope you all understand.
Let me start whining. I havent receieved OINP, recreated my profile 4 times now. Waiting for ITA sincr fenruary( thats when I qualified for CIC) cant go to uni because I'm still an international student and uni tuition is a rip off. Cant buy a house because they meed above 20% down if you're not a PR yet.. plus 15% more tax for foreign buyer. But I have hope that by feb 2018 I would have 2 years of work exp and will get some 29 points extra. I'm ready to wait. But if I grt OINP I will start processing right away. And there are people who have OINP and still whine. Ask your opinion and share your info but STOP WHINING and create hopelessness. Thanks for reading my bs

Your question is not clear..
1.Ontario sends NOI if you come under their selected occupations (this week they are doing (IT & Communication ) or, to those fresh profiles with 400+ if ur occupation is of interest to them.
2.If you are below 400,and has experience in an NOC of their choice (IT&C announced first) put that as primary NOC and recreate ur profile(if you are keen on getting an NOI)...however '5 year rule' holds
3.I've also read when you've Canadian experience they consider you for CEC...so keeping an NOC like mentioned in 2, do not reduce ur chance in case of a regular ITA.
I don't have further info on this.

If you have min 1 year canadian work exp you become eligible for CEC.

Yes you can. This is the reason why some ppl are waiting for direct ITA instead of taking the OINP

If you really want PR urgently and worried about PNP quota get filled, you can take it now, otherwise, I suggest to wait 2 or 3 draws and see the score trends to decide
