What was the issue with the PCC?

I live in Zirakpur ( Punjab)... i submited pcc from Ssp Office of my region ( as mentioned by cic... but they rejected bcoz i havent supplied pcc of the earlier places i lived in the country i.e Chandigarh...there instructions are actually very confusing.. all steps again.. had earlier rcvd ita on 4 April...

If you got 476 why are you waiting? Shouldn't you have gotten ITA?

Why didn't you opted for PCC from Passport Office ?

This is how: the score distribution on June 22 was as follows: (600 and above) - 355, (451to 600) - 2216, and (441 to 450) - 809. This brings total to 3380. But between June 22 and today, many people applied who were above 449.
