Hello Guys,

Eid Mubarak. I have received request letter today from LVO, asking for following information :

1. Documentation proof, if my Rukhsati and Valima has taken place.
2. RPRF, Family Class: Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in Canada

I m going to clarify them that my Rukhsati never took place, however I am not sure what is RPRF !
hi I have already submitted the fees of 550.00

What you have paid is the sponsorship fee. There's a "landing fee" defined as below that also needs to be paid:

'The Right of Permanent Residence Fee ( or RPRF ) is CAN$490 for the principal applicant, plus an additional CAN$490 for a spouse, or common-law partner ( if applicable ). You don't have to pay the RPRF for dependent children.'

Therefore, you'll have to pay CAD 490 which you can do by going on the below link:

Click on pay my fees online > pay your immigration fees > right of permanent residence fee (3 rd option from the bottom of the list)

guys i was requested to provide Pakistani PCC. Do I need to upload this or should I mail it to their London office ? Also do they require the original PCC or a copy ?
Its an additional doc request as I had only provided PCC for UAE and UK (the only two places I have lived in)

If you have an upload option, do upload. You can always mail them to be on the safe side but its really your choice. PCC are always provided originals.

Almost 18 days passed after "Decision Made" but still no PPR. This is really frustrating.....

I can understand how annoying this could be. Prayers for you. Not too long for you guys inshaAllah

If you have an upload option, do upload. You can always mail them to be on the safe side but its really your choice. PCC are always provided originals.

I do have an upload option and I've uploaded it. However, on my cic it still says we need addition documents to process your application.
So do you think I should mail them the original PCC as well ? Thanks

Dear Applicant,
Please be advised that this application has undergone an initial review. This application now awaits the review of an Immigration Officer. Once this review takes place, we will be in contact.

Answer carefully..cic expects rukhsati and reception to take place. I.e. couple cohabiting before they approve spousal pr application.

I received a reply from NXR when inquired about my status, the email said this application awaits initial review which we expect will start in the coming weeks. Received this reply on June 16th and since then no update October'16 applicant here.

otherwise they might put you in interview queue. one member khan1001 was nikkah only and he provided a solid explanation and was granted pr without any further questions on interview. follow his previous posts.
