I was wandering to apply a visitor visa for Canada however I was deported from uk in Aug 2015 . So is it will be hard to get in Canada or is it straight forward and what kind of declaration I have to state in my application

Based on the information you provided in the thread below, you should expect it will be very difficult to be approved for any sort of temporary visa to Canada (i.e. visitor visa, study permit, work permit). Because you've abused visa privileges in the past, Canada will be very hesitant to grant you one.

I agree with scylla. The chances of you being approved for any Canada Temporary Visa (visitor, work permit or study permit) are practically nil.
Deportation is a serious matter. In your case, you abused the conditions of your UK study visa by working full-time. It's highly unlikely that IRCC will issue any temporary visa.
You can certainly apply for PR if you declare all facts and evidence that you were deported from the UK
