He is at Al Zahra Hospital near the Sharjah clock tower. Remember that the hospital has parking facilities. I dint know about it. Also some test maybe covered if you have insurance and Zahra hospital is covered.

+1 For Dr. Abdullah. Simple. Easy. And you will be done in less than 2 hours.
They have e-service too so they upload it straight to CIC once the tests results are out. Avoid the Dubai clinics. They do unnecessary tests ( lady on phone told me that they need to Hep C tests which is not required) and they are more expensive for no reason except they are in Dubai!
