Hello friends , I have a crs score of 422 with no points assigned for spouse .

I received a NOI from Ontario and say if I accept it and include my spouse as well in the application then will NOI or eventually a PNP from Ontario matter if my score goes down to 400?

people who have no other option than to wait will have to wait...no matter how long,we will remain hopeful,stay positive & wait as that is the only option...
but if it is within one's reach to cut short that wait,it is only upto them ......

personally I'm certain that cut off will come down to 380 or even lower...but how fast,the key is with CIC....may be by December....may be before....or may be later....improving ur score pulls u out of that uncertainty....and IELTS is a better option compared to OINP documentation & $1500 fees....(if your son has all the OINP documentation available,OINP is an alternative....)

Yes buddy ! I have received couple of hours before same day after i re-created my profile Hopefully it will be smooth with the PNP invitation

Yes Mostly on Friday and in some cases on Monday as well.! (I got one on Friday 2nd June after re-creating my profile on 29th May).

I updated my EE profile day before yesterday with my new IELTS score. But i have not received any system generated email saying that the profile has been updated. Is that a problem?

Just re-create to get one. Mostly they are sending on Friday's at around 1-2 PM (Ottawa time).

Note:- Processing time is very fast now. some are getting Nominated Status in 7-14 days. (1 Profile got Nomination in 4-5 days after submitting online application)

I opt to go with OINP to avoid suffering from lack of draws and it's difficult to wait and watch now at 406.

I understand your emotions and your school of thought, having low crs does not mean that you cannot come to canada, may not be FSW route but PNP or as a student if you can. Currently many provinces are inviting candidate to settle in province by issuing nomination, there is a process to follow for PNP, also not everyone will be nominated, a candidate who shows strong affiliation to the province and with good settlement plan will be nominated, so it's not about just sitting there on pool and wait for IRCC to invite you, probably that's not the best idea, that's what I am saying.

I mentioned my score just to clarify that I wasn't responding out of desperation...and ur recent edit doesn't change anything about ur post...one may have had an impression that u wr looking down on the hopefuls just because u wr sitting pretty with a 500, but now this just 'almost' confirms the attitude....
I take ur assessment in the right sense,but this is ray of hope and here we celebrate hope....it would be naive to assume ppl are sitting back just hoping...
