that's odd, I applied Apr 23 and already got the permit sent by mail 2 weeks ago. Did you apply online or paper? Paper-based takes more than 100 days.

Yah i know it's weird .. I do not know if CIC still figuring out my PR application approval if they gonna just issue PPR or renew my WP.
I passed everythibg except background check!!

I know one girl who got her pr within 12 months and she gt her passport request and work permit together. Her Work permit was expired and was waiting from more than three months. It could be a positive sign that they give you ppr and work permit together.

what if somebody's medical report is not fine ? will they reject the file ?

I got medical request on June 8 and did medical on June 15 but in my cic account it is still showing reviewing your medical and need additional doc.
However, in online tool for application status, there is nothing about medical received or passed or request.
I am May 18, 2016 applicant with dependent. Inland SK
I think it is too early too ask but are we able to get PPR in August?

Might be ur Hospital has not updated your reports yet......better to contact them and ask them when they updated the reports.....On portal it take 2 days to get reflected after upload.

It shows passed in cic account as of today. I am inland but nothing in online tool.
Moreover, in cic account it is still showing we need additional document.

No I did my medical on June 16th and today (22nd) when I checked I noticed it is passed. I received no notification.
