Hello Experts,

With the inclusion of two more factors(French speakers and people having a sibling in Canada) to calculate the total score. How do you think it would affect the cutoff. The general trend, for now, is 415,420,430 . How the latest changes going to impact this trend. Is the cutoff going to increase by 20-30 points(or maybe much more ) or there will not be any significant impact in the current cutoff's trend.

Hi I have worked in multiple locations in previous organisations .I was on deputation in one of the companies but my base was India and I was getting India Salary and US Perdiems ...Do I need to mention both separately in the employment details or only Base location is fine ?I really appreciate the answer

Yes, one of the requirements to apply via EE is to have the intent to reside outside the province of Quebec.

If one is living in Quebec then the processing officer will send a request for the applicant to provide a letter of intent that he/she will move out of Quebec. If the applicants arguments as well as proof does not convince the officer then the application will get rejected.

Quebec has its own immigration program so if one wishes to live there then it is recommended to apply via such program.

Hi guys, if a translation has been accepted by OINP, is it possible to be rejected post ITA?
All my translations (By Ontario certified translator) come with a digital pack that contains:

1.Affidavit
2. Original document scan
3. Translation

Just worried after submit.

When is the next round of invitations? My CRS score is 410 under NOC2133, can anyone please advise the chances or should I go for PNP?

Also, on POF requirements, my salaried bank account contains the enough funds as per the requirement of 4 people specified by CIC. But these funds are gradually increased in my account in past 6 months as I have saved a part of my salary each month, so these are not maintained for 6 months. Can anyone please explain if I met their requirement? or do I need to maintain them for next 6 months and then only be eligible to meet the requirements?

Hi,

1) With a score of 410 you are likely going to get an ITA in the next 3-4 draws. So, you may not need PNP. However, you never know with CIC.

2) You don't necessarily need to keep the funds for 6 months. However, if you dont there will be a significant difference between your current and 6 months average balances. Therefore, you will need to explain the source of your funds and give evidence (eg gift deed, agreement of sale etc).
If the difference is minor then you will be okay.

My opinion is that these changes will not benefit many people so the cutt-off my go up for 1-2 draws then come back down to between 400-415. Maybe even lower for a few draws.

I've posted awhile ago here, however i'm going to be prepared to submit my EE Online Profile.The CRS calculator on this blog says i'd get 403 CRS points, hoping for the best. I need help with the below guys,would appreciate it:

1) On the CIC website, after checking that i was eligible to apply it offered a 7 Step Procedure (to be saved and printed) with a personal reference code. I've yet to have my Indian qualification accredited by WES AND also take the IELTS. My question 1 is can i submit my EE profile, in the mean time, with my Indian education equivalent as "Bachelors" (as the sample i took on the WES site offered "
Free Degree Equivalency Tool".I know that i have to formally send my transcripts to them to officiate the process) . My question 2 is: Can i put my IELTS English score thinking what i would score and after the actual IELTS test put that actual?

2) About WES accreditation: I've completed my Bcom from Mumbai University which is listed on the WES site, i'm not being naive but i'm unclear about 2 things: FIRST if i should ask the university to send the transcripts to WES or to me and then i'd courier it myself----without opening it of course.....SECOND: Do i REALLY need a transcript of Bcom OR just my last year TYBcom certificate .......Anyone who has done their education from Mumbai University too, do help with this one ....

lastly 3) WES is offering "Course by Course" (expensive) and "Document by Document" (economical) which one should we choose. Also the delivery, did anyone use the standard CANADA POST?? As courier is steep,,,,,,do help....

Hi,

1)You need to have both the actual WES reference number (after evaluation) and the actual IELTS results. Anything else is misrepresentation.
2) I am not from India but follow these instructions: http://www.wes.org/required/india-instructions.asp?inst=1
3) Select the package that says FOR IMMIGRATION. You will get a soft copy that you can use, so using the standard Canada post will do, unless you are worried about security.

I'm from Pakistan, working in UAE on employment visa. The UAE employment visa is stamped on my expired passport which expired a few months ago. Do I need to add the expired passport under the section 'ID Documents'? I did not add it when making my express entry profile. Just added my current passport.

CIC will not ask for my UAE resident visa details as it is the proof of me being a legal resident in a foreign country of UAE?

For quite some time my Background check section is stuck on "Processing your background check". Could somebody plz tell me what it means and what does CIC normally do at this stage?

P.S. I've had Not applicable, IP(1) done. IP(2) hasn't happened yet
