The IMM 5669 - Schedule A Background/Declaration form is locked and not allowing printing. How did you go about printing it?

With the new kit, you aren't supposed to print it. It says it's supposed to be uploaded electronically.

Hello, so i got the letter to submmit this and a link to the new package form. I filled it and validate it as it says now i cant upload it, i get that i need to complete and validate an electronic version of the application for, which i did, its been validated but jus NO. Do you have any advice on this?

Errrr... pretty sure they want a 'wet signature' don't they (there is a box for it at the end of the declaration)? So you should print it, sign and date it then scan it back in and save (as a PDF) then upload that.

For new kits, there is an instruction not to print if the file is to be submitted through myCIC.

So my form is validated and saved into the computer, i also donwload the newest version of Acorbat reader 10 which is the one the site says is correct, BUT anyway when i try to upload it says: "You have submitted an invalid form. Please complete and validate an electronic version of the application form, save it to your computer, and upload it."
I downloaded that form from their message on my online account but if thats not the elctronic version and correct form where is it? Or what am i not seeing?

My Schedule A form is validated, and it reads YES where asks, validated in the right upper corner. BUT, I see no barcodes? :/

Should I refill everything from scratch?

It does not generate barcodes, just validated in the top right corner of the form!

No it should give u a validited yes or no option

i tried with newer version of adobe . it showed only pop up when i pressed validate . (validate complete successfully )

I have completed all fields but still says "No" after validating it. It highlights question 7,8 and 9 even though I have ticked the appropriates boxes for each...help please!
