Just got ours back. :'(

We were missing Additional Family information form even though there isn't any. And PA photos were missing.. they're not. They're clearly attached to the PA generic form right on top of the barcodes. Don't see how they could be missed.

Sending it back tomorrow... Time to start this all over again. Absolutely devastated as we did everything right! They didn't even care that our forms were outdated.

Agree!! I have the same question. If default address is Mississauga then how come everybody is sending files everywhere?

Actually sponsor's application goes to Mississauga as this office handles sponsor's applications but later on for PA's application processing, it sent out to regional office(country specific).

That is really heart breaking sorry to hear that, so now did you put Additional Family information form and PA photos on top of the application? Did you put new version of form if any? And do you live in ON province? The reason for asking is we sent our application on 10th May and so far no AOR and I am assuming that ours will returned as well. These ppl are so careless they can't even see the entire application carefully before returning it back.

Yeah I will include the form, do I leave it blank then if there isn't any family members? And put N/A?
I'm doing the new forms. I'm not giving them a reason for returning it again. I know what I'm doing so it shouldn't take long and my spouse is here visiting till the morning so it works out.
Yes, I'm in Ontario. My spouse lives in the US.
They are careless.. the photos are there, they sent them back, so how were they not there when the agent opened it?
I'll FedEx it back out tomorrow afternoon. They'll have it Wednesday.

Awww sorry to hear that. Our forms were outdated too. Please try to arrange the forms based on the checklist. Anything that is not applicable, put an NA on it. You can also subscribe to text so you'd know when they got your application. And add a little prayer to it Hope for the best

Was your application returned at first or was it your first time sending it?

Application received on may 23rd. It's our first time sending it.

Aww sorry to hear that, Mine was returned May 12 saying no pictures as well even tho they were clipped in an envelop so I resent the same day and wrote on check list that pictures are including in envelop

That's their main visa office for PA but not for sponsor. I am sure they all sent their primary application package to Mississauga office.

Yeah, I did. Just didn't think the Additional Family Information form was necessary since we're not including any of his family in the application. Do we still have to list them as mother/father etc? or just put NA? We got their FBI checks done before we sent in the app but they don't want to come to Canada at all. Literally spent hours making sure everything was in order as per the guide as per the checklist and as per suggestions from people on here. Being extremely OCD I thought I had it right. I may be putting myself down more than I should. Hubby and I are tag teaming getting these forms done again so it'll be done! I never want to see these again lol! Also will reprint the SMS text again. That was handy!

Yes you need to sign the section which is not applicable in Additional Family information form. As in the end of each section, it says " I certify that I do not have any children/siblings Signature: ______________ Date: ______________. It must be signed each section, if none of them applicable to you.

Just list them down. If you don't want to include them, put NA but you wouldn't be able to get them anymore, in the future, if you won't include them.

They need details of all the family members of PA. I assume you have attached the photos with the generic form, isn't it? There is an order to arrange the documents before sending it. Go through the checklist and arrange it exactly as they have listed. If you have checked the country specific documents, ensure that you attach the travel details of both PA, Sponsor, family members along with the copies of exit, entry stamps in their passports also. Documentation is not easy as you think. They have a reason to send the application back. Do our part in a best possible way. Best of luck
