I am canada PR guy and i have not still moved to canada. I got married in April 2017 so i want to know can i sponsor my wife while i am still in india.
or first i have to reach canada then only i can sponsor my wife. Please guide me guys i am new to this sponsor thing.

You are a P.R but you are still in India? How ? Or you just got it ?
As for your question, the answer is no, a P.R cannot sponsor if he is not residing in Canada. Also, I hope you've already added her as your wife before you became a PR ?

hey guys i have a problem with proof of contenouse relationship ive been talking with my wife since 2013 and i have 1020 pages of conversation to print do i need to send them all of that??

My convo was 300 pages .. and that also over a period of 2 months .. i sent them double sided 20 pages .. 10 in total .. reduced the font .. so they got 3 weeks worth of convo ..

Hello there. There's a guideline on the checklist if the new application forms where it says u should only print off maximum of 10 convos. I suggest u just take screenshots of ur messages showing the dates of when the messages Were sent and durations of calls made.as what ive heard u dont really necessarily have to print off the content of the message cause they only need to see how often and if we do really communicate with our partners.

I became PR in OCT 16 when i did short landing and then i came back to my home country . i got married after becoming PR.
So you mean when i will reach in canada in august then only i can sponsor my wife...

Yes you have to wait until you get back in Canada and tou have to remain there to sponsor her. You can take very short trips to India during the process but don't stay outside for too long as you would not meet the residency obligations

If not, I don't think you have to wait. As soon as get to Canada and become a PR, get the papers ready. I hope you've already declared your spouse in your PR file ?

thank for the replly we talk every day on watssup but watssup onlly have the last 12 months of communication but facebook have all the 4 years worth of conv so i printed the 2 years 100dollars of ink lol but ill do what you suggested thank you

do you have any idea how fast it is in Germany and in Turkey? Are they sending documents to the VO where the spouse lives? I heard that they may send where there is less workload? Thanks!

It really depends. What country is the sponsor from?
