ECA thru IQAS not WES

Hello everyone!

I'm new in this forum.
I sent my documents to IQAS on May 25,2017. I checked the tracking and it was signed and received on June 1st. I sent a web email to IQAS on June 5th they replied on June 7th saying they still don't have my record or documents. How long would it take for them to acknowledge that they e received my documents? Anyone who experience this? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

The acknowledgment will come, you just have to wait. I am processing my ECA with them at the moment and acknowledgment for my application package came 20 days after they received it and acknowledgment for transcripts came 15 days after they were received. Its been 10 days after the last email, and I am still yet to receive my ECA. They currently have a lot of applications to process and that is why its taking so long.

Thank you dammieh! I already received a confirmation email from them last June 15, confirming they received my application and official transcript. I will just wait of my assessment result.

WES or ICA

They said WES is better as it gives what they promise when it comes to time frame they are faster. I've heard ICA will take three months to evaluate your credentials. But for giving scores i cant compare as i've sent my credentials to IQAS.
