I am in the same boat. Got AOR on June 13th. And today I got medical request for my wife (PA). No Schedule A form yet. is this normal. ?

I got request for Sched A and pcc but I dont have Medical request yet.. its up to the officer handling our papers

We have a dependant on Application so i put 3.

it didnt allow me to put just a space in city of birth so I type it in.

Make sure you put info exactly shown in your generic application form.

I just received my AOR this morning and just like others linking application is not going well Im now locked out for 24hr and I only tried 3 times.

Application sent April 11
Return May 12
Re-sent May 18
Received May 19
AOR June 15

When application is returned, is it returned to Sponsor's mail address or PA mail address? Or to the "From" address written on application package?

Got med request today. DM for sponsor on ECAS. still waiting for Schedule A and PCC request.

First go through attached pdf in AOR sent to PA.
1. PA need to Log in with GCKey account
2. Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
3. Application Number and Last Name - PA
4. City of Birth - PA
5. Country of Birth - PA
6. Passport Details - PA
7. Provide details as per form - Province, City and marital status and put '3' as the number of members in the application in your case
8. Click on the 'Search for my application' tab
9. Then on 'Link my application' tab

That's exactly what i did and got locked out. I called and agent said there's still glitch in the system its a 50/50 chance of linking application.

No, you do not need PCC for applicant(s) brothers, sisters or mom!

Its only for the applicant(s) family member that are included in the application for permanent residence. If you are applying for your spouse only, send only her PCC.

ohh thank god, I was sooo confused about this and how I would have to get the whole family to do a police report.

No idea. I think I'm going to wait another few days and see if anything comes through. Hopefully nothing serious and just a case of a bit more waiting!

I want to know on FORM 1344 - Part 1 - Question 1 Which option to choose? What are the pros and cons of picking either option?

If you are found ineligible to sponsor Indicate whether you want to : Option 1: Withdraw application OR Option 2: Proceed with Application.

Nope. Per the Guide 5289, Schedule A does not generate a barcode page.

After validation my wife saved it and it shows Validated - No
Before saving, it showed Yes
