Hi All,

I am in desperate need of the below 4 documents template for my ITA application.

1. Employment Letter (To be written by me, signed by my manager)
2. Proof of Funds Letter (To be provided by Bank but they say content can be written as per my desire)
3. Gift Deed (The gift deed notarized document which my father would be providing me)
4. Letter of Explanation (The beginning and end of the letter + some glimpse on the content within)

I just need a rough idea of how to start and finish the document and just slight info on how to draft the content.
If any senior has successfully applied for the PR and can please share the document format, it would be really great help.

Thank you.

Thank you Picklee.
Can you also please give some advice on remaining 2 documents. Gift deed in particular!
I am sure I have read one gift deed template, at least one, in the forum but not able to track it down now.

Hi. Thanks for sharing your sample letters. I noticed that your bank letter does not have show "average balance". Is that alright?

Shouldn't the bank letter included any liabilities? Also isn't average balances for 6 months be listed as opposed to since opened?

Sure. Though the question is: what if I don't? Like your sample letter, if mine didn't have average balance too then would that be a problem?
If your letter isn't showing average balances, then ask for the balance to be reported for the closing dates over the last 6 months.

Ok I guess we're going in completely different directions because that wasn't my question. Anyway, thanks.

I guess you're asking what if you don't have average balance or last 6 months balance? Obviously no one on here can answer that for you, only IRCC. But probably you will get refused or rejected.

I am not personally in that situation so it's a tad bit presumptuous to say that my application will be rejected :). I'm already here in Canada. I just like to educate myself on different scenarios and since you shared your sample, that question popped in my mind.

My bank letter example was what my bank gave me. I ended up not needing to use it since I qualified under CEC. If I were going to submit it, I would be sure to get average 6 months balance. The banker also told me he could print my last 6 monthly statements and stamp and sign each, a considerable effort and number of pages to upload.

I have seen others on here who do not even have bank accounts. The burden of proof is on the applicant to show that they can financially support themselves with funds that are legally and unconditionally their own.
