I had ordered gcms notes on april 2, which i got just today. For A11.2 it says, "It appears duties are on a separate letter with no name and date"
Absolutely nothing about duties matching noc or anything like that.

But the issue i have with this is, the letter which states all other info (salary, hours, benefits, etc) has it written clearly that they can find duties enclosed in an additional page and THAT letterhead does have a date and signature and name. So does this mean a refusal?

It says right after that "PA has provided T4s from 2015/2016, NOA from 2015, and Record of Employment".

I'm sure you can appreciate that with duties on an additional page, with no letterhead or signature, they could have easily been written by the applicant instead of the employer, and it's the duty of the VO to ensure that there is no fraud being committed.

It is not an automatic rejection - it is what it says, your application has to go further review. Likely they will have to contact your employer to verify your duties.

Okay, but the page with the sign and all other details, which is the one on the letterhead, says that the duties are listed in the enclosed page.
Also, the GCMS says VERIFIED SCORE is 436, although my profile score was 476. What does that mean? That they've reduced 40 points or that the 40 points for CEC require further evaluation?

Additionally, it says web-based search confirms employer information. Other documents confirm salary and full time employment.

Is there some linkage to other company documents and responsibilities document? Like appendix number, page number etc. that's been confirmed in the original letter ? Although company documents say that responsibilities is in separate page, they might be needing confirmation that the responsibilities provided by you is indeed the responsibilities given by your employer.

No, the letterhead itself isn't numbered. It just mentions the presence of a separate page by requesting to check the pages enclosed. Damn it, that is the only one that I could get and it was such a b***h to get given how busy they are and now I am not even IN Canada.

Also, ACTIVITY 1 says Status "Review required"

And ACTIVITY 2 says Status : "Recommend Passed"

Both are activities "Selection-EE Econ"
and both are dated the same (2017-04-04)

Honestly, the best you could do in my opinion is to give a heads up to that employer on possible verification from cic. I believe they generally call the number listed in your letter for verification. If they can verify your duties listed in letter from them, I'm pretty sure you won't have any issues.

I am preparing for the worst. I have sent that email. Plus I have asked for the correction to be made at their convenience, which is to have a dated letterhead itself for the duties and responsibilities part rather than an attachment alone. Sigh, what the heck, this is my Saturday morning.

After reading your story seems like even i have the same issue. Sorry i don't mean to hijack your thread.
I have a reference letter which says please refer schedule 1 for job description. My job description is on a letterhead but there is no signature or stamp. The first page of my reference letter is signed and stamped but the second and third which is the job description is not. The first page says permanent, work hrs, salary etc and please refer to schedule 1 for job description.

What can i do? I have just submitted my AOR on 9th May. Should i get it stamped and submit again via CSE? Will it be taken into consideration.

Thank you! I am ordering another set of GCMS notes tonight itself. I might be making a mountain out of a molehill here, but I have to account for the absolute worst that can happen so that I do not end up having to gather everything again when I am feeling down in case things go south. As far as my sanity is concerned, I better do this, and also on the side prep for a re-application entirely. Email sent to HR, GCMS notes order sent. If I get a rewritten second page or duties page (I hope I do. this time with a signature/stamp), I will send that quickly via CSE.

Officer took the agent's concern into consideration but decided that I meet the requirements (I had attached T4s of 2015-2016 and NOA too)
and said that whatever I have presented is solid. Now, I don't understand why they sent my case to New Delhi Visa office. And if it is approved, why have I not yet received a PASSPORT REQUEST?

Eligibility: PASSED
Security: (blank)
Criminality: PASSED
Medical: PASSED

Guys, I have the same issue, since December of 2016, my eligibility status became 'Review Required'. And I got a phone call interview from cic officer in January. After that, nothing updated in my file till today. I don't know what to do and how long it's gonna be. Btw, my AOR is September 6.
