My gckey says the same as yours for Review of Additional Documents "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" and it also says "Submitted" under Details.

I am the sponsor and I did get an email that I was approved to as a Sponsor. But no where in there does it say anything about the Schedule A form.

Where do you see the request for Schedule A? Was it in an email or in ECAS or myCIC?

in my sponsors email, the attached file;

Dear Sir/Madam, et Citoyenneté Canada This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of ------------ and family (if applicable). We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. The Case Processing Centre in Mississauga will continue to hold the associated Application for Permanent Residence awaiting the submission of a completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM5669). A request has or will be sent directly to the principal applicant with instructions outlining the requirements for submission of the Schedule A to CPC-Mississauga. If your principal applicant or their representative has not yet received this request, or an invitation to link their application to My CIC, it will be sent in the next 5 business days. Your PA or their representative should also check their junk mail in the email account provided at the time of application submission. Separate Schedule A forms, bearing signatures, must be completed by the applicant, and by all dependent family members 18 years of age or older (whether accompanying or not). Upon receipt of the completed Schedule A form(s), the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be sent to a visa office for processing. The visa office will be selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; a confirmation letter will be sent to you when the application is sent to the visa office, informing you of the visa office selected.​

Because of some notice of income tax return form, we submitted one , but I guess it was not what they were expecting, we will have to resend again by this weekend ! Did you guys get any updates on your forms ?

Be careful I called today to ask about something else to find out that they requested my scheduleA and Pcc since may 31, 2017 and I had no idea because it's not in my online account. So now I'm rushing to submit these.

The same thing has happen to me too call today with my husband on a 3way call only to find out that they have requested SheduleA and pcc since 1 of June and there was nothing showing in my account.

Now I a hearing fro more than 3 people that they were informed to receive the Schedule A request, but they didn't. I a not sure how to proceed this. Shall We send voluntarily after passing 5 business days. Then what about PCC, should send together or wait for the request. Confused...

bro, i am sending the pcc and sch A today without any doubts. i will submit via webform with validated copy electronically sound, worst case they will ask to submit sch A again with actual signatures.
