Waiting for PPR after decision made - Need advise

Anyone in 2017 faced similar issue.. my status changed to decision made on Jun 06 but I am yet to receive the passport request
May I know when you receive the PPR Email in your CIC account? I was DM on Jun 15 and still waiting for PPR. thanksI received the passport request and have sent the documents and passport. Now again waiting for CIC
Our PR status changed to Decision Made today on ECAS system for principal applicant. Is it normal to show this status without asking for finger prints or passport request for visa stamping? After Decision Made, you have to wait for passport request email. My status has also changed into Decision Made July 22.

did they email the request or you just got it from your GCKey account?
Which visa office ? And when did you got DM?

Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class received by CIC - January 13th, 2017
Received Application and UCI numbers - January 31st, 2017
Requested Background Check form - Feb 7th, 2017
Requested Background Check form (again) - March 17th, 2017
Application forwarded to Delhi Visa Office - April 11th, 2017
Received email from NDVO saying they'll begin processing by June 2017 and get back to us - May 15th, 2017
Status of application on ECAS changed from In Process to Decision Made - July 12th, 2017
Waiting on (hopefully) receiving PPR.
Side Note: We had included the PCC and the Medical forms before-hand. Our Medical was done in November 2016, and PCC was obtained in December 2016. Application was submitted in January 2017.

My ecas has been changed to DM on July 22 and at the same time I have been waiting for an email or a message in my GCKey informing me about my passport request. Still nothing.
When did your ecas changed into DM?
