Is it faster to have the upfront medical completed when applying via the Abu Dhabi VO? Anyone know?

To be franc I don't feel it a good idea to pass the medical upfront since it is valid only for 1 year and based on the experience of many of us in the forum, ADVO is too slow in processing the application.
Imagine after one year I requested the CAIPs and i found that there were no single change has been made on my application. that was on March 2017. Up to now now news from ADVO
You might pass the medical upfront but you will risk to take it once again if the processing crosses 12 months

Gckey account had just been modified today they added more details on the application
Though in the step of providing additional documents it had changed form ( your additional documents provided ) to ( we need additional documents , check below message for details )
Given that i had submitted the documents last april

no reply at all, i think even before they are not replying... or rarely they reply to inquiry. im so stress right now, im working visa is expired but my passport not yet returned after 52 days.. sent an inquiry to reply at all.

As far as I recall, this was the case last year. They stopped all kinds of communications through July, August and September. Suddenly, they woke up in October and finished lots of people in less than 15 days.
I will be really satisfied if they do the same this year. I am afraid it may go beyond that date.

I want to know if new applications from the gulf area ( kuwait , qatar, Saudi, uAE, bahrain, oman) are still sent to abu dhabi vo in 2017. I have noticed some applicants from Dubai and Saudi sent to london vo. Is this a new development?

i received mine 2 weeks ago , after about 35 days since i submit my order

I just received my gcms notes and my file is stuck at the background check. After extensive research in this forum, it turns out that a lot of applicants from Middle East region and sketchy countries (also those with extensive travels to 'unattractive' countries) go through 'security screening', which is a more extensive and longer background check process than normal applicants. If your gcms notes say under the security part that you're undergoing 'security screening', it will probably be at least 6-12 months for you to pass this stage alone. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Can you please mention in what stage you are?
I knew mine via the CSQ as it is mention in there.
When I requested the CAIPS it was mentioned in the report too.
I believe your VO might be AVDO
