Family Information Form signature

I'm applying for a visitor visa and I got blocked on this Family Information Form.
I have no husband nor children. It looks like we must certify this fact by signing in a box below. My question is: which is the procedure accepted in this situation if the electronic signature is not an option? Should we print the document, sign it and scan it back, or we just let it unsigned, as we do in the case of the main application form IMM5257E?
I heard many versions but actually, I'm still not sure which is the correct one.

You need to print it, fill it in, scan it and upload it.

Electronic signature is only available in the application form (IMM5257) all other forms should be physically signed.
