supporting documents for LOE

Hi,
I am writing LOE and there is one issue that I like to attach an email exchange as supporting documents ( shortly, it is an email from Bank that states they only issue black and white letters). Should I attach it to the LOE itself or should attach this supporting material to the bank letter/statements?

Am no expert.

But, Logically any anomalies can be explained in the LOE and subsequent proofs can be attached for the VO's reference.

what is VO? so you think I can just attach it to LOE?
