Passports to CPC Ottawa- June 2017

Did u got ur passport back from ups
If yes, than u called ups to pick up or cic take care of package

I am sorry for going AWOL. I did receive my passport back on June 9th (it was shipped out by CIC on June 6th). It was delivered in my mailbox. I didn't have to call UPS, I had already included a self-addressed pre-paid envelope as the instructions had indicated.

Hi Sarah, where can you see this message? Is it in the Application/profile details for your Application (the same page with Application status,
Review of eligibility, Background check ... etc)?

Again, sorry for going AWOL. Yes, it was on the Application status page. I also got an email the following day with an "update" to my account. I logged in and saw that there were counterfoil numbers for our COPR documents.

Was the tracking number already activated?

No it only activated on June 8th (presumably when the Ottawa office sent it)

I went to the post office and mailed it out on Saturday and I still couldn't locate the tracking info on the website - this is frustrating... called Canada Post and was told that they couldn't transfer me to any post office... I have to wait until I get off from work to actually go to the post office and ask them why it hasn't been picked up...

Anybody who send their passport from USA to ottawa and used UPS Service for return.
Did they get back their passport or not yet?

Hi I Used UPS to send the passports from US to Ottawa, they were delivered on 8th June, have not heard back anything yet.

I think with new updates additional document field shows that for all. it shows same for me too no additional docs sent. It was showing that before even I sent my passport

Oh Ok... Hope they get the system fixed soon... They have made lot of effort to streamline things and we can see the results...
