Hello Experts
I have only shown 4 years of work history in EE profile but I have close to 9 years actual 2171 experience.

Got NOI

Here are questions
1.Should I get documentation for all 9 years or just 4 years for OINP?
2.I worked in US,I am not sure of work contracts ,are they mandatory?
3.Can I just submit paystubs as proof of work history ?

Thanks in advance!!

I have also submitted all my documents along with CAD 1500 to OINP on 5th June but my profile stills says not submitted but the amount is debited from my card and not claimed by Ontario. I have written mails to them and also called them many times but it goes to their answering machine and no one to take the call.

Can u please help me because I am at 407 now and next month is my birthday and I will loose 10 points so please help me....:(

Hi
I had 478 points on the CRS calculator however when I created the express entry profile my score is being reflected as 455 in the status.
Also I have registered with the job bank but the profile details no where mentions about the Job bank status.
I am quite confused as one of my friend can see a question regarding Job bank status in the profile and I cannot.
Can anyone please suggest should I create a new profile.
I have also received an PNP nomination letter in the correspondence.

Seeking help.

Thanks in advance....

Hi,

I have score of 66 points so I am not eligible for Express entry. My question is if my CRS scores are more than 400 let's say 415. Can I apply in Express entry or I still need above 67 points to appear for Express entry. Kindly suggest...
Currently with a Masters equivalent in the ECA and. CRS of 423 after the June 6th amendment..any chances for ITA??
P.S I have also applied for OINP

If your status says you are a candidate or accepted in the pool then it means everything is fine.

Job status is now withdrawn so you don't need to worry about that.

I had the same issue - the amount was charged to my credit card but my status remained "Waiting for Submission" for a few days. Since you've already tried everything - emails and calls to Ontario - I guess you'll just have to wait for your status to change or Ontario to write back to you.

Good luck.

Hello, sorry if I am repeating the question about ONIP, am new to the process. I did read the guide on the first page and I had a question specifically about:

F) Intention to Reside in ON -

1. If you become a permanent resident, do you intend to reside in Ontario? - Goes without a saying, you need to tick "YES" to this question.

2. Please list all of the ties that you have established in Ontario. Please refer to the Application Guide for more details. Use a separate sheet if necessary. - Mention your ties (if any). Ties may include any friends/relatives in Ontario, past study in Ontario, past work experience in Ontario etc. If you have no ties, mention something like "No ties - Please find the attached intent letter" or something on those lines.

I do not have any ties to Canada and haven't visited the country before, is there still a chance of getting a nomination from ONIP? I am currently sitting at CRS - 414 (just created the profile 3 days ago, so missed the 413 cutoff). I intend to wait for 1-2 draws and see the cut off but wanted to apply for ONIP as a backup too. Is it difficult to get the nomination without any ties to Canada?
Yeah I got nominated and I have no ties, I have never visited Canada. Just write a Letter of intention talking about your job opportunities or other reasons why you want to settle in Ontario. Do some research.

It seems they have slowed down the process :(
I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean by "slowing down" the process.

To me it looks as if the OINP application processing time has been sped up as compared to previous months. A lot of people on this forum have received their nominations from Ontario in under 2 weeks during April-May.

What is your timeline?

Nominations are delayed due to changes and updates by CIC. OINP will send Nominations this week starting today or definitely by next week.

I know many people are waiting with their status Decision in Progress (DIP) from even more than 2 weeks.

I have talked to OINP regarding this and they said that DIP takes time as they usually send Nominations in group.

That means logically an officer Takes Final Decision and insert their remarks (Satisfied, Approved, Additional Info, etc) but Nominations will be sent on a particular day.

I am really hoping to see you guys getting Nominations tonight. Good Luck!
