Help regarding job offer 50 points

Hi All

I am on work permit and works in Canada for past 3 months for a client..My work permit is till September 2018.I am on deputation and works for a bank now and my contract with bank ends on October 31,2017 and they will extend for another six months.

In express entry,there is a question like whether you have valid job offer.Can I apply as yes?

I am on intra company transfer and works for company for more than 8 years and the company name is mentioned on my work permit but my client name is not there.

Anyone please advice menon this.

You are employed with XYZ India and have been deputed to XYZ Canada (Canadian arm of XYZ India). Your work permit has the name of XYZ canada.

You will be able to claim 50 points only after completing 1 year with XYZ Canada in Canada.

The bank (client) where you are working at has nothing to do with the whole process.

P.S. I was on ICT work permit, claimed 50 points and got PR.

I have EE profile and i am in the pool. For the question that says do u have a job offer ? i said no.
Because I believe that job offer means job that has LMIA. Is that true please advice me.
P.S my job offer point is 0 at the moment.

Yes your application will be treated as CEC (Canadian experience Class)

Not sure what is the NOC for solution architect. Try searching the NOC list.

Do you need the additional 50 points? If you have PGWP, then you must have studied in Canada, you get extra points for that plus whatever degree you earned. If you are working in Canada for a year, then you can apply as CEC.

yea i have studied diploma in Canada and have 1 year experience . I am in the pool now, waiting for invitation.
my score is 319
I don't know what to do. currently in Ontario

It will be really hard to get the points for a job offer. It's far easier to improve your language score and/or wait.

I'm waiting for PPR, CEC-inland.
