You are employed with XYZ India and have been deputed to XYZ Canada (Canadian arm of XYZ India). Your work permit has the name of XYZ canada.

You will be able to claim 50 points only after completing 1 year with XYZ Canada in Canada.

The bank (client) where you are working at has nothing to do with the whole process.

P.S. I was on ICT work permit, claimed 50 points and got PR.

I am in the same position, employed with XYZ India and deputed to XYZ Canada (last 1.5 years) and WP has XYZ canada but I do not have written agreement from XYZ Canada to offer job for 1 year after getting PR.

But in EE profile, I mistakenly selected 'YES' for valid job offer but I was not awarded 50 points for arranged employment since I selected NO to Is current employer mentioned in your WP. In eAPR I m thinking to select Job offer as 'NO' so I can skip the document upload for this section. Is it fine to do this chnage in eAPR but this is not impacting my claimed points in ITA any way, please suggest.
