Hello Guys,

My ITA is 22 December 2016,
AOR on 21st March 2017.
My BG was "Not applicable" until I passed the medical.
Medical passed on " 13th April 2017".
BG - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.( 13th April 2017 to 6th June 2017)
BG - Your application is in Progress. We will send you a message when we need more information from you. (6th June - during the CIC website upgrade)
BG - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. (from 7th June to till date.)

I never had "Not applicable" in my BG after my medical passed. So I need to know If I am in Ip1 or IP2. Please let me know guys.

Hope you are doing good. I just need your help to understand where my application stands. I am not able to make out exactly where I am. I mean either IP1 or IP2. Medical passed about 45 days back and now it showing additional documents which you have provided are being reviewed. Background status says NA so I request you to kindly help me to understand where I stand exactly.

get GCMS if you have waited for long else patience mate. Many of us had our application status jumped from IP1 to PPR in exactly two months time. Probably your status might show up something like that.

Where do you stand buddy. My application is also in same situation. when are you expecting the Passport request.

I am right now in IP2. Hopefully PPR this Monday or Wednesday/Thursday- fingers crossed.

2. Background status goes Not applicable
3. After passing medicals
4. Background status goes 'Your application is in progress' (IP1)
5. Again background status goes to 'Not applicable'
6. Next it changes to 'We are processing your background check' (IP2)

This sequence may vary as per streams

I don't have any dependents in my application. As far as I know and have observed on immitracker CIC prioritizes family applications and then proceeds to single applicants. Most PPR's are issued on a Monday or Thursday/Friday.
