According to the original thread, the CRS is 462.
The EE points (<440) should be the basis for ITA, if selected.
In case of discrepancy, the CRS calculator should be taken as a guide- not an official score (from the candidate's perspective)...
Post-ITA: yes, required to fill.
It is a catch 22 situation-it is recommended that you get Bachelor evaluated as well, in case of any discrepancies but it is rare.
On the other hand, most cases like yours proceeded smoothly post-ITA.
Neither the CIC calculator or your EE profile points should be interpreted as official.
It is the immigration officer who has the final decision on the points.
