Ah, i have observed lahat po ksi kayu d2 sa group na merun assurance to work abroad (other than home country) after completion of program sa Canada is na reject ng VO.

Oo nga , cguro pnka mgnda na dhilan is bblik sa home counyry. And pbka better sa home country mg lodge ng application

If i will opt to lodge my application via VFS here in Qatar,do i need also to submit my passport along with the application? Thanks

OFW po kami, my question is how to fill up the form IMM5409E or Statutory declaration of common-law union? Sa part po ng Solemn Declaration, ano po or sino po ang ilalagay sa "Name of the person who administered the declaration". Do we to go to the embassy to fill this up?

So better to still pursue my study permit in canada. This time pg handaan ko na mabuti, change course ako na mas related sa current job ko and sa pinas ako mg lodge, declare ko dn mga property ko sa pinas

May paper based ka ba sa MVO

Nag aayos na ako ng mga requirements ang wait ko lang mag 4month old yung new account ko before filing.

Ang problem ko is paano ako kukuha ng PCC from Bahrain eh may problema dito sa Qatar.

**applied w/o CAIPS yet, i tried to answer lang based on refusal reasons.

Eto refusal factors ko & yung mga points highlighted in my CAIPS:

1. Travel history : Accdg to VO, limited sa region lang ang travels ko. (I've been to SG, MY, Indonesia, HK, UAE) Noted daw na nagwork ako sa dubai before.
2. Immigration status in country of residence : Eto comment nya.. She has been in Singapore since Mar 2011, yet has not obtained permanent status here.
3. Family ties : I have diminishing ties daw sa country of citizenship. Especially isinama ko pa ang husband ko sa application. We're married for 3 years, no kids yet. I've been OFW for 10 years na. Nasa pinas ang father ko but hindi kinonsider ng VO yun. VO mentioned that I'm bringing my "entire" family, meaning husband ko lang ang kinonsider nya.
4. Purpose of visit: VO said that there are same programs in the region. "It is unclear why she would choose this program in another country at such great cost when comparable programs would be readily available in the home country of region"
5. Employment prospects in country of residence : nothing much was mentioned aside from saying that i'm on temporary status in Singapore (which is true, coz i'm holding work pass)

Sa mga OFW na mag-a-apply or re-apply, take note of these factors (especially family ties) and discuss in detail sa SOP para hindi n kayo marefuse jan sa mga yan. Sana makatulong eto sa inyo. Pero, I believe that each application is unique so it is best to get your CAIPS notes para ma-address nyo completely yung refusal ng VO. God bless us!

Sorry dko na matandaan lahat ung mga reasons. Maalala ko lng-not convinced to go back after schooling at ung course na pinili ko d p masyado applicable s pinas or napapractice compared s other countries.
Dapat related s course mu dati o current work at magagamit mu s pinas after school para maniwala n babalik ka talaga. Wag mawalan ng pag asa and PRAY. Makukuha nyo yan.

DIY ba ang application mo? Ano anong mga ties sa pinas ang sinubmit mo?

Yes, DIY. Research at tanong tanong lang.

Ties in terms of financial assets.. Business docs ng husband ko (nasa pinas sya), vehicles, house and lot titles. I think yung refusal ko more on family ties. SP + OWP kasi kami nag apply nung first app. So kahit may business husband ko, di p rin enough reason yung para sa VO. Wala pa kasi kami anak, so walang maiiwan sa pinas para balikan. To address that factor, i applied alone sa second time.

antayin mo muna mging okay yung gcc issue. pray lang tayo mging okay ang lahat between them.

hi everyone, new joiner here... i just had my student visa approved last May 19, but yung OWP for my husband and visitors visa for my daughter is wla pa they both passed the medical ndin nman, ung sa daughter ka nga pinaka una lumabas ung result sa medical, ung sa husband ko nman pinaka late, last may 24 lang, dami kasi nmin issues sa medical ....i hope it's just really a delay.. anyone who have experienced na hndi na approve ang dependents?

Tanong ko lang po kung pwede na iapply ng visa ung dependent once na maapproved na yung student visa kasi po sabi ng Consultant ko maaapply ko lang daw ng visa yung mga anak at husband ko pag nasa Canada na daw ako kasi dun ko daw makukuha yung permit tapos saka palang daw maipapasa yung application nila.
