"Candidates in the pool are ranked by their CRS score and the date and time their profile entered the pool to rank tied scores"

With the above changes , it is obvious that
1. It is important to be in the pool irespective your score.
2. CIC will apply first in first out rule as
scores will continue to drop .
3. Currently there are lots of people with score ties in the pool.
4. Score will deep below 400 before end of July 2017 to favour those already in the pool.
5.Lastly the above change is to favour people that have been in pool for long as the score drops ,there is higher possibility of more people willing to enter the pool.

According to this citation "The CRS scores of all profiles in the pool will be updated automatically before the next invitation round after the updates. This could take up to two weeks." from CIC website, I think next draw will take place on June 21.
So my predictions:
Draw 66: June 21
Draw 67: June 28

Would greatly appreciate if you could share the link that says "up to two weeks" because I only saw the link which says "few days" only.

Edit: Found it...

Ya, i saw this message and no where mentioned two weeks

What do I need to do?
Not everyone will be affected by these changes. If you think you are not affected, you don’t need to do anything.

If you think the changes affect you, you should:

  1. Log into your online account and check your Express Entry profile.
  2. If you update your profile, the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) will update your score. (It may take up to 24 hours for the system to update your score)
Was this answer useful?"

me too just saw its at the beginning of d message

Candidates affected with the new points do not need to update their profiles as it will be automatically updated, right?

So this surprised me why CIC needs few days to update the scores when they only have to update the data, and of course, some algorithms on the CRS calculation, which I expect have been tested long before the implementation date.

I hope that "few days" will only be like 48 hours so I expect a draw on Friday :)
