Its always better to be sure so better write a LoE.
I suggest you to ask the clinic to e-mail High Commission regarding the error ASAP. It will take 2 minutes for them to do so. Meanwhile you attach a LoE explaining that how incorrect information was printed by the clinic inadvertently.

I had similar problem in my medical, the clinic made a typographical error, they had already submitted my medical. So the Dr. e-mailed the high commission regarding their error and immediately got a response back that the system had noted the error and will update.
The Dr. gave me printed copies of the content of the e-mail, stamped and signed them.
I attached those copies along with my LoE. I am still waiting for my medicals to be passed, So will know for sure that it worked when they get passes. But doing so, i feel that i explained to them in the best possible way. So hopefully it will be enough.

"Dear Applicant,

Thank for your email,

Please note that this case has already been submitted in eMedical. Once a medical is submitted, then there is no option to edit the details. You need to contact your visa officer/officer for further editions.
Kind Regards."

Do you think if I attach my email to them along with their reply, with an Loe, would that be good enough on my part?

I am a bit pessimistic regarding them stamping the email, to be honest.

Yes, I did not like their e-mail. My Dr. was very helping in this regard.
But it was not this e-mail that I attached. It should be the e-mail that they (the clinic) sent to High Commission. But it's alright if they don't give you.

1 - Yes, expect the officer to have suspicion as to whether your skilled work experience is actually valid. Provide as many documents as you can to prove your employment (pay stubs, tax returns, reference letter, offer letter, etc).

2 - Depends on what kind of details you're talking about, someone who failed to mention employment in his study permit and tried to claim points for it afterwards for PR got charged for misrepresentation and a 5 year ban.

Yes I do have payslips and ITR
In previous application To Canada my husband designation was Owner
But mine was partner
So I think VO may consider it self employment
Does a person qualify if his employment duties and responsibilities are signed by someone else

what exact wrong info they put in profile regarding education ? Dnt trust consultant. i hope this time you must have reviewed ur profile and documents before submission.

they included my post grad diploma which was not recognized in ECA and that increased my score to 475 which happened to be the cut-off. My actual score was 468. Fortunately, I got an ITA the very next draw and now waiting with an AOR of 5 June

I worked with 4 companies in the last 10 years and I declared the same in my EE profile. I got my ITA on 31st May where the CRS cut-off was 413. Now I have a problem in acquiring the reference letters from 2 of my previous employers. So my question here is

1. Can I make any changes now i.e., post ITA, in my work history by removing both the experiences? My CRS points (446) would remain unchanged even after removing them.
2. Will the VO consider this as misrepresentation to acquire ITA and eventually reject my application?
3. Or should I decline the ITA and enter the pool again.

Please help.

I don't know if your query is resolved...would like to share my two cents...I was in a similar situation. I worked for 18 months in my first job and then changed to my current job of 5 years. I was not able to get a reference letter from the 1st job as the HR and my recruiting manager both were no longer in the company. Therefore, I had no point of contact. I submitted an LOE giving all the valid reasons.

You may try explaining your reasons in the letter. And yes I submitted all possible documents like pay slips, offer letter, job agreement, relieving letter, etc. as a proof of employment.

If your CRS is not changing then there is no need to decline the ITA.

they don't consider anything more than 3 years, and no need for any loe or reference for those
