Hello Friends, i got my AoR on 3rd April. Since then no update. However, today i have received an email stating i need to fill schedule A background history form and submit. My medicals are not updated yet. Can anyone help, what does this mean.

IMO, The schedule A form is for your background check and declaration , so that CIC is sure that there are no gaps in your personal history and that all information provided by you is legitimate. They mostly ask for this information if they want a bit more clarity in your case, they feel something is missing in your personal history, or there is a gap and other such doubts etc. Sometimes CIC randomly asks applicants for specific details in their background if they feel something is missing or not clear. No worries here, fill the form carefully and send it.

Also IMO it is not a problem if you haven't got medicals passed yet, as background check and medicals go side by side and are independent of each other. it means your application processing has started , and soon you will get medicals pass also.

There has been an update to the application page after submission that displays the UCI number. Is anyone with April AOR able to see their UCI number in their profile page??

I SEE IT! But I dont see no number, the box is empty.

ALSO MY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS ARE UPLOADED! This means CSE I sent on 25 April arrived safely woohoo!

Hm. I think this is legit because today is the 30th business day from the date I sent CSE and most of the people reported that they got confirmation the very last day. But I ll wait for the e-mail and then let myself off the chain. Thanks for the info.

Obviously what is happening right now is.. they screwed everything up. Again we suffer from the consequences of famous CIC "updates".
