Hi. I attended the session yesterday in Abu Dhabi and had interview with the employer under Healthcare. The session went well. If selected by the employers, they will give you a job offer which is the first step to proceed the AINP or NBPNP. Interview result within 3-4 weeks. Emails will be sent if hired or not. Hoping for the best!

@marvin- me too, but here in Dubai. Anu yung feedback mo regarding with the results. For me, if you are on the list means you are in a shortlisted and final applicant. What do u think?

According to my interviewer, she interviewed around 200 applicants from different countries. Once she is back to NB, she will email all the employers under homecare and refer those applicants. If one of the employers will hire you, then you will receive confirmation email that you are hired.

As far as I remember, we were 6 Filipinos and 3 other nationalities. Yes, we already had the ECA and IELTS result, some are just waiting theirs.

After 3-4 weeks, the employer/s will email the applicants if hired or not. So probably by the end of this month. I hope I get one.

Sabi naman ni Ms. Lilian 1 month to 1 1/2 month (from May 21) before they can get back to us, so let's give them some time pa. Isang buwan pa lang naman. Malamang may mga processes pa ang mga employers that they need to undergo bago talaga mag-bigay ng go signal. Di naman yan kaagad agad. Pero in our case sa AIPP, mabilis pa nga ito na buwan and days lang bibilangin natin, unlike sa ibang programs na taon ang binibilang.

Lahat naman pati ng news sa net regarding NB's nursing home ay regarding sa staffing shortages, so she's really saying the truth that they need people in their industry. Wag masyado intense na bakit tayo di sinasabihan kung pasok or hindi. Malamang busy sila at tuma-tumbling dun sa mga dapat hingan ng approval (employers, government approval etc) para mapabilis na ang pagkuha sa atin. So kapit lang tayo at manalig. Malay nyo this week or next week may golden email na tayo. It's just a matter of time.
