I submitted via online OASIS website for SNIP International skill worker-Express Entry category. Is it PNP or not? I have a valid Express Entry profile.
1. I think PNP means when you apply for OID (paper base) then you must select Provincial Nominee in the Generic form. Right?
2. Applicants like me must select Skill Worker though they will be nominated by province. Right?
There is no instruction that shows who must select Province Nominee and who must select Skill Worker in the Generic Form!!!!?
In fact, both EE and PNP (OID?) are either Province Nominee and Skill worker, but I confused who is who?!

u r sinp pnp applicant...

SINP EE & OID both r pnp category...

See in SINP PNP r two programs..

1 is SINP EE.. for that EE profile required and all the process is online after sinp ee nomination u will get ITA for submit online application ..

2 is sinp OID for that no need EE profile and after nomination paper application will be submitted to CIC...

EE is fast then OID..

What are the procedure to pay online of RPRF fee. Total payment (Principal account + Spouse) are CAD$490+CAD$490=CAD$ 980 ??

EE and OID are both under PNP provincial nomination... this is if we are talking about SINP ...

You should wait for MR first from your local visa office ... rprf also will be ask to pay by them so wait for their instructions..

i think no bank draft for rprf. find someone who has visa card, he will pay for you and you will back his payment. that is easy for you.
