use this it will work for you hope this helps

1. Log in with GCKey account
2. Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
3. Application Number and Unique Client Identifier (UCI) - Insert application number and UCI from email
4. City of Birth - Insert PA's City of Birth (LEAVE THIS BLANK)
5. Country of Birth - Select PA's Country of birth (LEAVE THIS THIS BLANK)
6. Passport Info - Insert Passport number, issuance and expiration info
7. Other Application Info - Fill out the other application info as per your application (Province, City and marital status) and put '2' as the number of members in the application for sponsor + spouse (add +1 per dependent, if any)
8. Click on the 'Search for my application' tab
9. Then on 'Link my application' tab

Please can some reply to this I finally succeeded in linking my application and have more question does the sponsor have to sign the declaration and electronic signature. Where it states "I agree that by submitting this application, I am electronically signing the application".On the linked aacount.Or did any one noticed this.

Hi, you're very welcome. Well it isn't normal but has come to be normal lately since CIC is having technical issues with their system. Try checking your ECAS status under the PA's section. You could probably see if they have tried sending the correspondence email to you.

I figured it out! I had to go onto my computer though and the request access button was there.
