Yes correct, but that is only if you upload it through my cic. If using the webform, it will have to signed. This is the pdf they sent.

You must complete the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form which is found at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/eIMM5669E.pdf o If submitting via “Webform” or via mail, please ensure that the form has been signed by the Principal Applicant. If submitting through “MyCIC”, the Principal applicant needs only type in their name.
Cool! thank you.. :)

I am still waiting for schedule A request. If i get any doubt to submit via IRCC than i will ask you!

Quick question!

How does the sponsor approval row is created under GC key account of a sponsor? Is it like a sponsor have to do something or if the CIC create a SA tab?

Hi! :) I found this forum/site very helpful that's why I decided to create an account too. I was just wondering if you guys can help me fill-up our application form. My husband and I are really confused with some of the questions. We recently got married last January 7. My husband didn't leave PH since we got married.
He's been here for almost 6mos now.

Is that considered as living exclusively outside of Canada already? Are we considered as "living" together even if he's just here for a long vacation?
Thank you in advance for your help!!! :)

Where do I find UCI for PA? I can't find it anywhere in the emails that PA and sponsor received. I have linked the application already. PA received one email which has the PDF attached to it, sponsor (me) received email that has my UCI..

Thanks it says city of birth/town of birth so for example do I put Toronto /Ontario (Toronto a space bar then /(No space bar Ontario). Because I think this is where my issue is.or Toronto a space bar / space bar Ontario or there should be a space bar between the city and town with no / sign that is Toronto Ontario which just a space bar in between.
No need to write anything there, just hit spacebar once in the city of birth section and move on to the country of birth

Thank you for your response!! He's a canadian citizen. Sorry I forgot to mention on my post. :)Is he considered exclusively living outside of CA because he's here for more than 5 mos already? He's not planning on getting a dual citizenship here though and he plans to leave on november. We're wondering what 'exclusively living outside of ca' on the questionnaire means.hehe

Generally different category have different set of requirements and has to submit with respect to their category. So, please look into Guide 5525 and see what is mentioned there.
As far, I know, if he come back to Canada and sponsor you after being in Canada and you staying in different country than the process is faster than other categories.
