I have 3 questions on experience letters -
1. my employer (fortune 50 company, $24 billion, very well known) refuses to provide details of my compensation and perks/benefits details. They wrote only the base salary on the experience letter. All other things are fine and satisfactory. Is it acceptable? I intend to write this situation in LOE.
2. My ex employer (a big $1 billion company but now much well known) refuses to mention my salary at all. They are saying they have a policy of not providing salary or compensation data. I have issued leagl threat but assuming they do not budge , is that acceptable? I intend to explain in LOE and who email discussion proofs.
3. How old can the current employer's experience letter be at the time of application submission? Can it be 1.5 months old? or is there any limit on how old it can be? thanks.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
