Thanks brother,i am also wondering how he knows the officer is preparing the request letter for me to redo.what do you think?Can you think he knows all by UCI number,as I am inlanders and also I have already send email to officer for extension one month ago, and so many guys on the forum

Hi RabinJi,

I am now also starting to wonder about the trustworthiness of the information supplied by some agents. An agent told me on 25 April that all our background checks are completed and everything looks good. She said nothing is outstanding and we should phone back end of summer . After that, still no further response or profile updates.

I am starting to wonder if it could possibly be our stream that is put on hold for some reason... I am also FST Inland. It doesn't seem to be a very popular stream. Maybe they are waiting for more FST applications to be finalized and send PPR in bulk? Just guessing, trying to make sense of this unexplainable situation we find ourselves in.

Encouraged by some posts that secure outstanding changed to PNP is a good sign, having s.15(1) in a corner means end of this agony is coming to its end and holding on to some other straws of hope, I called call centre today to confirm my hopes that my PR is on the way.
It is not. Security check is still ongoing, secure outstanding group name is still there even though I don't see it in my notes. It can take one more month or another 11, no one knows.
I guess it is time to say goodbye to Canada, we extended our vistor visas already 3 times, last ones are still not approved as they have backlog for that too of 2,5 months. I had enough of it.
I hope that everyone will get their PR's soon enough not to experience the disgust I am currently feeling about this country and the whole immigration process.

I don't know what their plans are regarding medical redo's at the moment. Mine still shows "Passed" and it already expired on 5 May 2017. I have seen other people's medicals were extended without any redo. But that said, CIC can ask for redo if they are worried about a medical condition mentioned in the initial medical exam. Fingers crossed that yours and mine will just get extended until PPR.

Yeah I have ordered one on May 14,I am thinking the reason why my medical went to review in progress,last Thursday I had called to cic and I asked to the agent regarding my medical status anyway at that time it was passed in my cic account but yes in a few days it was going to be expire,but at the same day when I called my medical went to review in progress.
I asked them because I had sent email through webform to officer For my extension so to know if they have extended or not I called them.And the agent told me if it's expired also officer gonna review previous medical report and it is his mood to give extension or redo.i have seen so many people on this forum and everybody got extended so why not mine.
I was stuck from my background check since August and every time when I asked them they used to say background in ongoing so today he told me the background check is completed.So should I trust to them or not.
If they ask me to redo then why don't they ask together with my dependents on February 10,that was second time. Please share your timeline

I asked the agent on the phone whether my "Group" is still "secure outstanding". He said he cannot see these details on the screen. If he was saying the truth, how come you got the info that you are still in this group even though according to your GCMS notes your "Group" is "PNP"? One of the information has to be not accurate. My point is, maybe your case can be finalized sooner than you think, buddy. Fingers crossed.

I asked the agent today on the phone whether my "Group" is still "secure outstanding". He said he cannot see these details on the screen. If he was saying the truth, how come you got the info that you are still in this group even though according to your GCMS notes your "Group" is "PNP"? One of the information has to be not accurate. Just call cic today and last week as well last week they said my background security is done and my wife is still under progress and now today agent told me that mine is also in progress and wife security not started yet dont know whom to trust or no totally upside down.
