Nah not working in Oil & Gas. I am working in the Manufacturing industry but I get a feeling that they are generally against Alberta because of the oil and gas. Damn tree huggers!!

Jan 22 nd applicant .. medical status still under review from last 4 months

Just got off the phone with the IRCC agent. This one was not as helpful as the one before, and I kind of suspect he didn't look too deep into my file.

Anyways, I asked if the security check was completed (My background check changed to in progress May 23), and he says no, they are still working on it and I will hear from them when they are ready to make a decision.

what a waste of 40 minutes of my life to get no useful information.
